“Technology coaches conduct needs assessments, develop technology-related professional learning programs and evaluate the impact on instructional practice and student learning” (ISTE 2011).
Every school’s journey will be unique. The Digital Education Leader needs to preserve the institution’s journey through documentation of the history and processes of technology plan drafting and implementation. The DEL also needs to continuously gather information from faculty and students about the effectiveness of the program and ideas about current readiness and next steps.
